Keep your pre-chilled food items and appetizer trays at the ideal serving temperature with this Vollrath six pan frost-top drop-in refrigerated cold food well. It features enough room to hold six full size food pans. The flange and display are constructed of 300 series stainless steel, and it has a one-piece frost top display with a full perimeter drip edge to sit flush with your countertops while keeping them clean of runoff. It's designed for top-mount installation. This frost top food well is perfect for holding plated, pre-chilled food and beverages for short periods of time.
For maximum cooling and a full frost pattern, the refrigeration coils are attached underneath and to the sides. The cooling coils are insulated with extruded polystyrene insulation for efficiency and performance. This food well features a 1/3 hp condensing unit that circulates R-290 refrigerant so you can be sure your food stays cold throughout the day.
This food well's display surface averages 0 degrees Fahrenheit at 70 degrees Fahrenheit ambient temperature. Additionally, it has a remote on / off switch with a 4' cord that can be mounted to any cabinet side. A 6' cord with a plug is included. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
