This is a good quality napkin dispenser. It helps having a lock on it to prevent the customers from emptying the dispenser. The only flaw I have found is the plastic front cracks over time. I think this is just a flaw with the type of plastic used in the housing. Overall very pleased with this napkin dispenser.
