This sturdy unit easily creates six uniform wedges with each push of the handle, enabling you to cut products up to three times faster than if by hand. Plus, additional blades are available (sold separately) so you can create four, eight, or 12 wedges at once.
The Wedgemaster II is constructed of durable polycarbonate material for easy cleaning and protection against acidic juices, while its wide legs provide stability and balance during use.
