Thanks to the spacious 6 gallon water tank and 2-pump speed settings, this unit allows for heating of a wide variety of food. The circulator head utilizes a circulating stirrer to maintain consistent cooking temperatures throughout the entire tank. This unit allows for highly accurate, low-temperature cooking for a quality end result. It works with Vollrath in-chamber and out-of-chamber vacuum pack machines (sold separately).

This model boasts a durable stainless steel construction with a drain valve for long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. It features 5 cooking programs that allow you to set cook time and temperature for your favorite recipes. It includes precise temperature control up to 203 degrees Fahrenheit, as well as an LED display and audible timer to keep track of temperature and working time.
