Good product. I use a 1/3 pan for my pizza sauce and this has corners that let me get almost all of my sauce and reduces waste. It takes a little getting used to since I have always used a round ladle for saucing. Not a problem once you use it for a day.

I purchased the Vollrath 4 oz. High Temperature Solid Oval Nylon Spoodle to use with my Electric Jam Maker. I needed high temperature nylon for the non-stick pot surface, and wanted to eliminate the need for a funnel to get the freezer jam into the (Newspring) deli containers that I use. This is the perfect tool for the job.
