Vollrath 40819 Stainless Steel Commercial Microwave Oven with Digital Controls - 120V, 1000W

I had one of these in my coffee shop for about a year and it just stopped heating up out of nowhere. Like a fool, I bought the exact same one as a replacement. 11 months later, that replacement one stopped heating up and died as well. There's a pattern here, and it was not abused on the part of my staff at any point and had no physical damage. I strongly recommend against this microwave unless you only want it for about 10-11 months. A disappointing piece of disposable junk.

Door handle fell off after only a couple weeks. completely burnt out and stopped working within 6 months. Light use in our kitchen also, so it's not like it was over used.

Light burnt out after 3 months Handle broke off after 1 year This week if finally stoped working. 3 years old very light use Bought a replacement from another site Same size same power 1 year warranty. I figure if I need to replace the from other site every year I’m still saving cash.

Works perfectly fine, but I was expecting this machine to be more powerful as it is labelled as commercial quality. My microwave at home works just as well, if not better.

This commercial microwave is built to take continuous daily use and works well in our busy restaurant. It has 20 programmable settings which saves time, and mistakes. The stainless steel exterior looks good and is easy to clean. It is a smaller microwave which save counter space, but it can accommodate many larger plates. Great product.

These microwaves are great for the many people we have in the break room daily. they are durable and easy to use. I would recommend them for any business.
