This compact meat grinder comes with a 1 1/2 hp motor to process up to 528 lb. of meat per hour so you can sell ground beef, sausage, and other popular deli meats. It comes with 1/8" and 5/16" grinder plates, and a sausage stuffer and feed stick for versatility. The grinding head, pan, and attachments are all dishwasher safe, and the exterior is designed with curved corners to make cleaning fast and easy. It also comes with a forward / reverse switch and energy-efficient gear drive for long-lasting use.
The Vollrath 40744 meat grinder requires a 120V electrical connection.
