Grill entrees and sides for every meal of the day with the Vollrath 40720 Cayenne 24" flat top gas countertop griddle! This countertop griddle features 56,000 BTUs of heating power and U-shaped burners for fast, even, and efficient cooking. Its manual controls make it easy to use, and the metal knobs are designed to never break or crack, protecting the interior gas valves. The polished 3/4" thick steel griddle plate helps retain and distribute heat while the welded seams minimize grease and dirt collection. It includes heavy duty 4" adjustable legs, and thanks to its compact footprint, you can fit this griddle in areas where space is at a premium.

This is a great flat top. We use it all day long for bread toasting and all night long for hamburgers. It is easy to clean and has an easy to remove grease trap to catch all of the ick!

This grill heats quickly and evenly. We use it for burgers, cheese steaks and chicken cheese steaks. During slow periods, we turn one burner off and use that side to toast burger buns.
