Provide a convenient serving area with the Vollrath 4-Series 36295 Signature Server® refrigerated hot / cold food station with a stainless steel counter! The enclosed rectangular base is constructed of 18-gauge, 400-series stainless steel to withstand frequent use, while the reinforced, lightweight design ensures durability and mobility. Ideal for self-serve applications, this food station is a sleek addition to any buffet, cafeteria, or other front-of-house area.

This model features a one-piece 74" top with (4) non-refrigerated wells that hold hot and cold food in one convenient location. This includes (3) 11 7/8" x 19 7/8" hot wells surrounded by high-density fiberglass insulation and (1) 24" x 19 7/8" cold well surrounded by foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Independent Touch-Temp programmable controls provide individual operation of each hot well, allowing food to be heated at different temperatures. Both the top and the wells are constructed of durable 18-gauge stainless steel for long-lasting use, and a drain hose and valve on the operator side ensure proper draining of excess water. This unit comes with 4" casters that allow mobility and make it easy to store the station out of sight or roll out when needed. Plus, they include brakes, so the station doesn't move unintentionally when actively in use. This model uses eco-friendly R513A refrigerant.
