We have loved this straw dispenser. The only complaint we have is that the straws occasionally stick/get stuck. But that doesn’t happen all the time. Overall great for what we need it for!
These straw dispensers are amazing, our old one by the same company lasted more than 10years. They are amazing quality and definitely recommend them. They look very nice as well and are built very well.
We have used this product for a few years now. Works well for the price. The metal piece inside the machine that you can see from the outside will rust eventually, which has made us have to buy a new one at least one a year. We do have a label on ours as guests seem to have trouble figuring out how to use it.
Disappointed in the functionality of this straw dispenser. The straws do not come out easily, they get stuck in the mechanism and we end up removing the top cover and grabbing a straw that way. First we tried a compostable straw, and it didn't work so we tried "Choice 7 3/4" Jumbo Clear Unwrapped Straw" instead, and it still did not work properly. It's too late to return it so I guess we are stuck with using it as a paperweight.<br><br><b>Updated: The rep at Vollrath had me press on the mechanism on the inside where it hinges together. I heard a "click" and tried using it again - and no more straw jams!</b>
Easy dispenser to use and clean. Better to have them come out one at a time instead of everyone being able to grab them all at the same time spreading germs.
Love this. Wish I would've ordered it sooner. I use wrapped straws in it and at first I didn't think they were going to fit, but they do just a little tight, which I prefer because then they aren't falling out of it constantly.
I really like these vollrath straw dispenser. I use a naked straw and this holder works perfect for them. It never get jammed up at all.
This bulk straw dispenser has proven to be quite useful in our break room. Compact size fits neatly on our counter, the push lever is quiet convenient, and using unwrapped straws has eliminated waste.
This Vollrath straw despencer is very well made and will last. it is really easy to fill and does not clog up. I'm very satisfied with mine.
This straw dispenser is rather cheap and it fits create at our hospitality station! It holds around a half a pack of straws, and it only needs to be changed around once a week! Vollrath makes anouther awesome product!!
This straw dispenser is made from quality material that can guaranteee long usage. Ive dropped it in the floor a few times by accident and it's still work good
