Vollrath 36359 Details
Keep food hot and ready to serve with this Vollrath drop-in hot food well! This unit has an open well to accommodate full-size or fractional pans up to 6" deep. It is constructed of 20-gauge, 18-8 stainless steel for long-lasting durability, and its beveled edge simplifies cleaning. It is designed for bottom-mount, hardwired installation. The mounting clips adjust to various countertop thicknesses from stainless steel to laminate.
This deep-drawn well operates using a powerful 1,000W heating element. It is insulated with high-density glass fiber, which keeps heat contained and allows for zero-clearance installation. The stainless steel remote control panel ensures easy operation, while the reliable thermostatic control provides accurate temperature control. The included 72" lead provides installation flexibility for the remote control. This model comes standard with a welded 1/2" drain with a drain screen. A 208-240V electrical connection is required for operation.
