This Vollrath 351450-1 10 section wedge push block is a direct replacement for the missing or damaged one that came with your InstaCut 5.1 series manual food processor. When paired with the appropriate wedge blade assembly (sold separately), it helps produce 10 perfectly formed fruit or vegetable wedges. It may also be used to change the cut style of other InstaCut 5.1 series models.
