Vollrath 15112 Details
Replace the blade assembly in your Redco 15102 InstaSlice fruit and vegetable cutter with this Vollrath 15112 blade assembly! This assembly also allows you to convert any other InstaSlice unit to a 7/32" scalloped cut, when paired with the appropriate pusher head (sold separately). Each scalloped blade is designed to pierce tomato skin before the rest of the blade makes contact to make slicing easier and to keep from smashing the fruit.
