It's designed to nest neatly inside a Vollrath Traex® Color-Mate™ food box (sold separately), keeping the contents and drained liquid separate. When used along with other colors of drain boxes, you can designate a different color for each type of food product in your kitchen, reducing the risk of cross-contamination. Its rugged polypropylene construction is designed to withstand years of heavy use, while convenient carrying handles make it easy to transport from sink to prep table!
