Add versatility to your existing Vollrath Redco InstaCut 3.5 unit with the Vollrath Redco 15065 4 section wedge replacement blade assembly! These blades are a direct replacement for the ones that came with your Vollrath Redco 15003 and 15019 InstaCut 3.5 units, and may be easily swapped out to reduce downtime during busy periods in your establishment. It may also be used to change the size of another InstaCut 3.5 unit when paired with the appropriate push block.
