For the home kitchen, why would anyone waste tons of money, when they can get a set of restaurant quality pots and pans by Vigor. I am very pleased using every piece of the set. Cooking is even, construction is sturdy, and cleaning the pans is easy (even when I overheated and burned food on the bottom). Vigor provides useful advice for the use and cleaning of the pots and pans. My biggest dilemma is what Vigor item to buy next
