It also features a group head cover with a display that makes it easy to check machine extraction information and expedites beverage orders during peak hours. This item is designed with both volumetric and manual dosing for versatility, 2 specially insulated Cool-Touch steam wands for barista safety and easier milk frothing, and easy-to-use touchscreen controls. This espresso machine is ideal for high-volume applications in specialty coffee shops.
This convenient, compact, and energy-efficient espresso machine is designed with New Engine Optimization (NEO) technology that features an insulated instant heating system for reducing heat dispersion and energy consumption, warming only the water that's needed for each extraction. It also includes a thermal energy recovery system (T.E.R.S.) that recycles discharged water and uses it to heat incoming water to reduce wasted energy. It features a 2.11 gallon boiler and produces approximately (128) 4 oz. drinks per hour.
Designed for use in restaurants and cafes where high-quality coffee is served, this espresso machine features the option to order an Easy Cream steam nozzle in place of the standard hot water nozzle to deliver steam to foam milk or heat other liquids for quick, simple milk frothing (select from dropdown menu). This unit features a digital pump pressure gauge, auto-cleaning settings, an auto-purge function, electronic steam valves, and a soft infusion system that enables the ideal tamping technique, all to enhance the barista's ability to craft espresso after espresso throughout the day. Making the perfect cup of espresso has never been so easy! This machine requires a 220V, 5,700W electrical connection for operation and features a 3' power cord.
