This espresso maker features a 4.2 gallon boiler and produces approximately (128) 4 oz. drinks per hour. It's designed with a manual lever delivery system for enhanced custom drink creation as well as a water level indicator, a bar pump gauge that measures the pressure applied to the coffee during extraction, and (2) Cool-Touch steam wands for barista safety while frothing milk. Heat exchangers optimize the water temperature for enhanced extraction quality while a specially designed pressure reducer lowers the water supply pressure pre-infusion for creamier, unburnt specialty coffee drinks that customers will crave again and again. Making the perfect custom cup of espresso has never been so easy! This machine requires a 220V, 3,000W electrical connection for operation and features a 3' power cord.
