The Vestil intermediate bulk container tilt stand makes it easy to empty your bulk storage containers! This tilt stand features durable baked-in powder-coated steel construction with a sleek and smooth blue finish that will stand up to the wear and tear of everyday use. It has an ergonomically designed tilting mechanism that allows the container to automatically tilt as weight diminishes. Once the container is placed in a secure position on the stand, the user can begin the draining process. As fluid drains from the container, the rear of the stand will begin to rise to create a maximum 5-degree tilt angle to aid in draining the liquid. This feature eliminates the need for multiple people to tilt the heavy container by hand, helping to prevent worker fatigue and the risk of injuries. It has an impressive 4,400 lb. capacity, making it ideal for use with intermediate bulk storage containers.
This tilt stand has two 7" x 2" fork pockets that allow the user to easily adjust the height of the stand by 6" increments and conveniently access valve connections. It will hold intermediate bulk storage containers up to 47 3/4" deep and 40 1/2" wide while the raised corner guards secure the container in place. For maximum safety and stability, the feet of this unit must be anchored to the ground using 3/8" x 4" anchor bolts. This tilt stand is an economical and convenient solution for safely draining your intermediate bulk storage containers! This unit requires assembly.
