Ensure safe passage between trailers and your loading dock with this Vestil dock leveler. This dock leveler features a state-of-the-art, electric-powered hydraulic pump system and a 2 hp motor, making it ideal for high-usage dock areas. Its simple control box includes both a push button to raise the deck and a red emergency stop button to immediately halt operation. When the deck reaches the raised position, its lip automatically extends for easy loading and unloading. The unit has a spacious 6' x 8' platform with a heavy-duty, 1/4" thick steel construction. This platform has diamond plate tread on the top for slip resistance, telescoping steel toe guards around pinch points, and (2) 10" high laminated bumpers.

With a uniform capacity of 35,000 lb., this unit provides the necessary strength to ensure safe traffic by foot, forklift, or pallet truck between trailers and loading docks. For added operator convenience and increased productivity, it automatically returns to the level position after trucks pull away. The deck can also be lowered by simply releasing the raise button at any point. This unit has a service range of +/- 12" above or below dock level. Due to electrical requirements, it is recommended for installation by a qualified technician. It requires a 460V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation.
