Skip on this one, very poor quality. Bought it awhile ago but haven't used just until few months ago. Guard broke after light use. Since not in warranty Webstaurantstore won't do anything and replacement guard not available to purchase.

avantco gyro slicer is a great slicer if you are serving gyro. first time i ordered this and a few days ago we tried it. it was super easy to use, you can adjust to thickness of the meat slice. very easy to control and cleaning was super easy. disassembling the slicer was super easy also. you are just removing the screw on the left and right side and then knife protector comes out. after that you are removing the screw right in the middle of the knife and thats all. make sure you are using cut resistant glove while you are removing the knife because the knife is very sharp.
