The Zurn Elkay 12-ZW1017XL Aqua-Gard 1/2" tempering mixing valve helps to mix hot and cold water in order to reduce the temperature of the hot water to 122 degrees Fahrenheit or less. This ensures safe water temperatures and prevents customers from potentially hazardous conditions. Comprised of a durable cast bronze body and internal brass, this mixing valve is suitable for both residential and light commercial applications. It has a 1/2" FNPT connection and is rated for use in up to 145 PSI of pressure.
