You can use the intuitive controls to adjust the sealer to the perfect setting for efficient sealing of a variety of items. The pulse function gradually pulls the vacuum to accommodate sharp or delicate foods so they stay intact and decrease the chance of puncturing the bag. The unit also features a food setting with a choice of moist or dry to indicate if you are sealing a wet or dry item so the sealer will perform accordingly to reduce the chance of spillage. The included nozzle can be used with a vacuum canister (sold separately) for canning or sealing moist product that would otherwise be difficult to seal in a bag.
