Ensure accurate portioning of coffee equipment cleaner with these Urnex Pakz coffee equipment cleaner packets. While these packets clean the brew basket and server in one simple step, they are also economical! They are designed to reduce overuse of chemicals and also reduce employees' direct contact with the chemicals for a safer work environment. Each order includes five bags that contain 20 packets of cleaner each for a total of 100 packets per order.

The filter paper packets allow "brew-in-place" use and eliminate the need to measure or dose the cleaning product. Each packet also contains a blue safety dye that ensures all of the cleaner is properly rinsed away after cleaning. Coffee operations can be hectic, so the blue color shows up in rinse water to alert employees when the cleaner hasn't been properly rinsed, ensuring a thorough rinse even during busy service times.

To use these Pakz cleaning packets, place one packet in the brew basket and add the server you want to clean in the brew position below. Each packet creates up to 1.5 gallons of cleaning solution. Run the full brew cycle into the server and hold the solution there to soak. After soaking, discard the cleaning solution from the server and return to the brew position. Discard the cleaning packet and return the brew basket to the brewing position. Run the brew cycle again, at least once, to rinse away the residue of the cleaning solution. Rinse any other parts and pieces before returning your brewer to use. Note that, if you wish, the cleaning solution created during the cycle can be used to clean additional servers and to wipe spray heads clean.
