Create large batches of pizza dough with this Univex floor mixer! This mixer performs high-volume, heavy-duty dough mixing, making it great for pizza shops, restaurants, and schools. It uses a unique hybrid gear-driven system and torque-sensing, variable speed technology for a greater torque-to-horsepower ratio. Its 3 hp capacitor start motor operates at 2 fixed speeds or any speed from 90 to 166 RPM. Plus, you can change the speed without having to stop the motor. A 15-minute timer ensures batch consistency and makes it easy to complete other tasks while the mixer runs.

This mixer is easy to operate with a stop and start button. It comes with a 60 qt. heavy-duty stainless steel mixing bowl, and it has a #12 power take-off (PTO) hub to attach food preparation tools. The included dough hook easily mixes, folds, and stretches large batches of dough, while the ingredient chute allows you to add ingredients to the bowl during operation.

This unit's durable construction includes a hybrid epoxy / polyester powder-coated finish and hardened alloy gears. It includes a power bowl lift to effortlessly raise and lower the bowl without requiring manual cranking. This model includes a 2-piece, dishwasher-safe stainless steel safety guard to help prevent injuries. Its interlock switches stop operation if the guard is opened or the bowl is lowered, while low voltage protection prevents accidental start up after a power failure. This mixer requires a 208-240V electrical connection and comes with a 6' long power cord.
