Univex SRM12+ Details
Mix, blend, and whip large batches of ingredients with this Univex countertop mixer! This mixer is a great choice for bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and schools. It uses a unique hybrid gear-driven system and torque-sensing, variable speed technology for a greater torque-to-horsepower ratio. Its 1/3 hp capacitor start motor operates at 4 fixed speeds or any speed from 152 to 406 RPM. Plus, you can change the speed without having to stop the motor.
This mixer is easy to operate with a stop and start button. It comes with a 12 qt. heavy-duty stainless steel mixing bowl, and it has a #12 power take-off (PTO) hub to attach food preparation tools. The included wire whip, dough hook, and batter beater allow you to create a wide variety of recipes with a single machine. An ingredient chute allows you to add ingredients to the bowl during operation, while the bowl scraper automatically scrapes the sides of the bowl to ensure consistent mixing.
This unit's durable construction includes a hybrid epoxy / polyester powder-coated finish and hardened alloy gears. An ergonomic, self-locking bowl lift with a hand crank makes it easy to raise and lower the bowl. This model includes a 2-piece, dishwasher-safe stainless steel safety guard to help prevent injuries. Its interlock switches stop operation if the guard is opened or the bowl is lowered. This mixer requires a 115V electrical connection and comes with a 6' long power cord.
