Efficiently grind meat at your restaurant, nursing home, or school with this Univex meat grinder! This machine grinds 8 to 12 lb. of meat per minute with a 3/16" plate, making it ideal for medium-duty applications. It features a powerful design in a compact body, and it is easy to use with a simple start / stop rocker switch. Its powerful 1 hp, capacitor-start motor operates a rate of 1,740 RPM with reduced noise and vibration. The drive assembly uses a ribbed poly V-belt and a 7:1 reduction for increased torque. Plus, it is completely enclosed in a powder-coated 10-gauge stainless steel cover.

This meat grinder features a durable aluminum housing with a tapered #12 hub to accept attachments (sold separately). For additional security, a removable key is included to lock out the machine. This unit comes ready to operate with a 3/16" grind plate, an X-knife, and an aluminum stopper to safely push meat down. The included 12" x 20" stainless steel feed pan holds up to 8.3 qt. of meat before grinding. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
