Efficiently grind meat at your supermarket, restaurant, or butcher shop with this Univex meat grinder! This machine grinds 25 lb. of meat per minute with a 3/16" plate, making it ideal for high-volume, heavy-duty use. It is easy to use with a simple start / stop push button, and it has a #22 hub to accept plates and knives (sold separately). Its powerful 1 hp motor offers a smooth, quiet performance and a rate of 224 RPM. The grinding worm is directly coupled to the gear motor output shaft to provide maximum power transfer. Plus, the drive assembly is fully enclosed with a 10-gauge steel housing and a 20-gauge stainless steel cover.

This meat grinder has a housing and faceplate made of durable stainless steel. No-voltage release protection prevents accidental startup after a power outage, and a micro-switch interlock prevents the chopper from operating if it is not properly mounted. This unit comes ready to operate with a 3/16" grind plate, an X-knife, and an aluminum stopper to safely push meat down. The included 17" x 25" aluminum feed pan holds 23.5 qt. of meat before grinding, while the 18 1/2" x 13 1/2" plastic storage container catches meat for storage or transport. The cleaning brush makes it easy to thoroughly clean the grinder between uses. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
