Works excellently as a dry mop. As a wet mop, this pad pulls away from the mop head. I don't think it scrubs evenly across the whole mop head. I'm not sure if that's a mop head problem or a mop pad issue. I wasn't as impressed with this as I have been with all of the other Unger products that i've purchased and loved.
