This U.S. Range UTGG36-G36M 36" liquid propane chrome plated countertop griddle with manual controls gives you the cooking space and power you need to keep up with demands, even in high volume locations. This griddle has a chrome plate that ensures higher heat retention and easier cleaning than standard steel griddle plates. It prevents sticking, browning, and flavor transfer, yielding a higher quality product overall. Great for eggs cooked sunny side up, fish, or fluffy pancakes, the non-stick properties of the chrome plate ensure that these delicate foods won't stick or tear.
This 36" wide heavy-duty gas griddle features 3 "U" shaped, 27,000 BTU burners for powerful, even cooking. Its manual hi-lo controls enable experienced cooks to cook by feel, while the Piezo ignition ensures reliable lighting at the beginning of each shift.
This unit is constructed of a durable stainless steel front, sides, and back for long-lasting use in your busy commercial kitchen. This gas griddle comes with a large capacity grease tray and a 4" deep front rail to enhance usability. It also has a 4" wide grease trough to make cleaning fast and easy. This unit stands on (4) 4" adjustable stainless steel legs that ensure stability and a comfortable working height.
