Outfit your kitchen with this U.S. Range U36-2G24R LP liquid propane 2 burner 36" range with 24" manual griddle and 26" oven base! This powerful range comes packed with features that enhance its convenience and usability - a necessity for your commercial kitchen.
Each of the 2 open top, two-piece, cast iron burners is set in an ergonomic, split grate. The two-piece burner design makes cleaning up spills easier, and the split grates are easier to lift off than heavy, bulky, one-piece grates.
For greater versatility, this model also features a 24" manual griddle on the right side of the range! It has a durable 5/8" thick steel griddle plate with a 23" surface depth. The manual, hi/lo, griddle controls are great for the operator who enjoys cooking by feel.
For your low volume baking and warming needs, this unit comes with a standard oven base. It features a robust "H" style cast iron burner and a nickel-plated oven rack with a 3-position removable guide. Plus, its porcelain bottom and door liner makes cleanup a snap, and its 26 1/4" width fits standard sheet pans in both directions. The oven features an easy-to-modulate snap action oven thermostat with a temperature range from low to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This wide temperature range with precision adjustment means you can use the oven for holding, as well!
Designed to make kitchen tasks easier, this range features a large, 27" deep work surface that is designed for more capacity. Plus, it has a 5" front plate rail that gives you a cool place to set tools and also prevents burns if employees brush against the front of the range. In addition, it comes equipped with a stainless steel backguard, removable shelf, and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs so you have everything you need to set up your cooking line. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
