Great plates that have withstood the test of time..I've had these plates in my home kitchen for 7 years. Haven't lost one. Super durable, heavy, and great quality. They've been used on a daily basis in my home and I really have not one complaint about them. Very good value and quality on these ones. I've seen many plates that after a few years have tons of scratches and blemishes from knife cutting, but these have very little for 7 years of heavy use. I have had these for 4 years now and not a single one has broken or chipped in all that time. And that's with daily use in a family of 6, with 4 young children. These are practical enough for daily use, but can easily be used in nicer tablesettings. The size is perfect for a dinner plate. They clean up easily in the dishwasher. Scratches and markings from use is minimal (and only visible upon close inspection). I've been very, very happy with this purchase.
