Enhance the efficiency of your dishwashing with this T&S B-5115-12-CRB8P pull down pre-rinse unit with 1.07 GPM sprayer and add-on faucet with 12" swing nozzle. Featuring the intuitive DuraPull system, this unit activates the water flow automatically whenever you need it - pull down on the hose to turn the water on, and let the hose retract to turn the water off. This eliminates the strain and discomfort that comes from constantly holding down a spray valve handle and reduces water waste.

The faucet comes with a 30" stainless steel hose for maximum flexibility, while the 1.07 GPM spray valve blasts away stubborn food debris. The add-on faucet is built with a convenient 12" swing nozzle and comes with a full-flow stream regulator outlet. Cerama cartridges with check valves use ceramic discs that won't wear down like the soft rubber parts found in most traditional compression cartridges, and the dual lever handles are made easily identifiable by color-coded indexes.

The EasyInstall 12" riser is designed with a lock nut and bushing that pop down into the faucet base, so that you only have to tighten the nut to secure the riser rather than threading it into the base. The 4" workboard centers come with 1/2" NPT male inlets, and tailpieces and nuts are included for optional 1/4" NPT connection. A 6" wall bracket provides extra support and ensures that your new unit can stand up to rigorous use!

A: The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

How do I use a wall bracket to stabilize a pre-rinse faucet?

Pre-rinse faucets with a riser may include a wall bracket to help use the wall for added stability. Pre-rinse faucets without a riser will generally not include or need a wall bracket.

If your unit comes with a bracket, or you plan on adding one, the bracket can be installed at whatever height you prefer, but to be effective it should be placed far enough above the base so as to inhibit movement to the riser – placing too close to the base may make it ineffective.

If you intend to use a wall bracket, consider potential concerns with the installation location, such as shelving or windows behind the faucet, that might limit where you can place the bracket.

How is the pre-rinse hose length measured?

Unless otherwise specified, the quoted hose length includes any grips or connectors at the end of the hose, so the actual working length of the hose may be slightly less than described. Please refer to the product's specsheet for more detailed dimensions.

What measurements do I need to install a faucet?

When installing a faucet, these are some of the most common measurements you’ll need:

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.

Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.

Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.
