The T&S B-0305-LN-175F deck mounted faucet base is the perfect solution when you need to replace a broken faucet base, or if you want to pair it with a compatible spout to create a new fixture for your facility. It boasts a single hole inlet for easy installation and features a swivel outlet that accepts standard T&S swing spouts.
Additionally, this faucet base is engineered for maximum durability and uses a Cerama cartridge to adjust the temperature and flow rate. This cartridge contain ceramic discs that form a long-lasting water tight seal. When the 4-arm handle of this faucet base is turned, the discs spin to allow water to pass through. T&S cartridges are designed with efficiency and convenience in mind, allowing you to swap out one piece in the event of a leak, instead of replacing multiple moving parts.
