This T&S B-0179-01-CR deck mounted pre-rinse faucet is a great solution for all of your warewashing needs, and it's great for filling pots and large cooking vessels, too! It features a 90 degree swivel adapter and 104" flex hose to provide maximum flexibility when rinsing large or awkward items in preparation for washing. A 1.15 GPM angled spray valve makes it easy to clear food debris off of dishes before washing them, and an ergonomic squeeze handle with a hold-down ring lets you handle long dishwashing shifts with minimal fatigue.

Additionally, an 18" add-on double-jointed faucet makes your sink even more versatile, allowing you to switch between the pre-rinse setup and normal faucet depending on what you need! And with a heat-resistant control knob on the end of the nozzle, it's a great way to fill pots and large cooking vessels with water.

It installs on a single hole base with a 2 1/4" deck flange and a pair of 18" stainless steel supply hoses with 1/2" NPSM male inlets (compression fittings for 5/8" OD copper tubing included). Quarter-turn ceramic cartridges with check valves control the water flow and offer long-lasting durability compared to standard compression cartridges, since they use fitted ceramic discs that won't wear down like a rubber seat washer. Lever handles control the flow of hot and cold water, and turn on the water supply to the add-on faucet. For added convenience, it includes a wall-mounted hanger hook to hold the spray valve when it isn't being used.

Can I get a spray valve with a higher flow rate (GPM)?

The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

Product Class 2 (5.01 - 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.2 GPM

How do I use a wall bracket to stabilize a pre-rinse faucet?

Pre-rinse faucets with a riser may include a wall bracket to help use the wall for added stability. Pre-rinse faucets without a riser will generally not include or need a wall bracket.

If your unit comes with a bracket, or you plan on adding one, the bracket can be installed at whatever height you prefer, but to be effective it should be placed far enough above the base so as to inhibit movement to the riser – placing too close to the base may make it ineffective.

If you intend to use a wall bracket, consider potential concerns with the installation location, such as shelving or windows behind the faucet, that might limit where you can place the bracket.
