Well, I purchased this item unsure if it would work with my existing pipe and it did and is working amazingly, the only thing I might change is that the spray head is honed in on one spot at 16" away and it will hit something and come back and spray you in the face.

A 1.15 GPM spray valve makes it easy to clear food debris off of dishes before washing them, and an ergonomic squeeze handle allows easy and intuitive use. The swivel connection on this spray valve also allows a greater range of motion with less stress on your employees' hands and also reduces the torque on the hose connection, making the hose last longer and saving you money! A 38" flex hose provides a wide range of motion and excellent durability, with a 1/2" NPT male adapter to connect the hose.
