This T&S B-0100-J-SWV pre-rinse accessory kit is the perfect way to replace or upgrade the spray valve and flex hose on your existing pre-rinse unit! A 1.07 GPM low flow spray valve makes it easy to clear food debris off of dishes before washing them, while conserving water and saving you money on your utility bill. The swivel connection on this spray valve also allows a greater range of motion with less stress on your employees' hands and also reduces the torque on the hose connection, making the hose last longer and saving you money! A 44" flex hose provides a wide range of motion and excellent durability, with a 1/2" NPT male adapter to connect the hose.

Can I get a spray valve with a higher flow rate (GPM)?

The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

Product Class 1 (5 ozf or less) – Max Flow Rate: 1 GPM
Product Class 2 (5.01 - 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.2 GPM
Product Class 3 (over 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.28 GPM

These regulations do not impact spray valves made before January 28, 2019, and are implemented by the US Department of Energy in an effort to improve energy conservation.
