This True 27 7/8" ADA height refrigerated sandwich prep table with two drawers is a must-have item for any kitchen! Ingredient preparation and storage are two of the most important components of any commercial kitchen, and with floor space at a premium, this prep unit boasts a compact footprint that gives you easy access to your go-to ingredients, a spacious prep area, and plenty of refrigerated drawer space for bulk storage of your most-used products! The powerful refrigeration system and stainless steel front, top, and sides combine with a GalFan coated steel back for exceptional corrosion resistance to make this unit a true workhorse, able to run reliably and stand up to the rigors of any commercial foodservice operation. This unit is outfitted with a pan rail that comes with (8) 1/6 size, 4" deep food pans so you can begin using it as soon as possible. It also features a full-length, 11 3/4" deep cutting board made from durable white polyethylene that's built to stand up to constant pounding and cutting from kitchen knives.

The unit features two drawers that each accommodate one full-size 6" deep food pan (sold separately) to give you plenty of room for your most heavily-used ingredients or any other items that you might want to have on hand. The entire unit is insulated with high-density polyurethane insulation to ensure that all your items are at food-safe temperatures. This unit uses a 1/5 hp compressor that runs on R-290 refrigerant, which has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. This refrigerator comes mounted on a set of (4) 3" casters to provide an ADA-Compliant overall work surface height of 34". This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
