True Refrigeration TH-23 Details

This holding cabinet features 850 watts of heating power and three adjustable chrome-plated wire shelves to hold a wide variety of foods and containers. It keeps food safely at temperatures between 80 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit while an internal fan ensures even heat distribution throughout the cabinet.

The unit's solid stainless steel door, front, and interior are equipped with aluminum ends and a GalFan coated back. Its full-body, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation offers superb heat retention and heat recovery. For added convenience, the heated holding cabinet's door is self-closing with a 120 degree stay-open feature. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
