Ensure your ice machine is producing safe, clear, and great tasting ice with this True Ice standard filter cartridge. This cartridge is a direct replacement for the original filter that came standard on your True Ice 855953 standard ice machine filtration system (sold separately). It has a .2 micron rating and a 1.67 GPM flow rate, allowing it to filter for up to 14,000 gallons. It also effectively reduces chlorine taste and odor, lime scale buildup, cysts, and up to 99.99% of common water-borne heterotrophic bacteria by membrane filtration.

The sanitary quick change (SQC) encapsulated cartridges allow for fast and easy cartridge changeouts with just a 1/4 turn to remove. Compatible with most standard water, this filter protects your equipment against chlorine corrosion. It boasts a bacteriostatic carbon block filtration medium and a scale inhibitor. This filter requires no contact during changes or pre-activation. To ensure the water in your ice machine is being filtered properly, replace the filter cartridge every 12 months.
