This Tre Spade stainless steel manual tomato squeezer is used to puree and squeeze tomatoes to separate out the seeds and skin.
Simply place the tomato in the squeezer and turn the crank! The plastic worm will pull the tomato into the funnel and break it into smaller pieces. The plastic worm also pushes these pieces of tomato against the perforated walls of the funnel to only let the tomato pulp through, leaving behind the skin and seeds. This Tre Spade stainless steel tomato squeezer features a 1.5 mm sieve, ideal for producing smooth, seed-free tomato puree. The manual design is great for light-duty use in commercial kitchens that don't require a motorized unit.

Durable Structure
Before use, make sure the clamp is attached securely to the edge of a table. Then place the bowl you want your tomato puree to land in beneath the plastic collector so that as you turn the crank, the tomato puree will easily flow right into your bowl. This collector, as well as the bowl and worm, are made of durable plastic that is easy to clean and wipe down as needed. Plus, the rest of the device is made of stainless steel and cast iron for long-lasting durability in your commercial environment.
