If you prefer the flavor of freshly processed tomato rather than canned, this tomato mill will help you prep the ingredients you need quickly. This Tre Spade tomato mill comes with four strainers in sizes 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2 mm, making it ideal for producing smooth, seed-free purees. It is also works well with fruits like apples, berries, and peaches, as well as carrots, cucumbers, and beans. This mill easily separates seeds and skin by capturing any solids in the filter-like cone before it pours down the collector base.
