These aluminum steamer water pans are great! We have both the 26 qt and the 40 qt size ones and use them for large batches of stocks, soups, chowders, gravy and mac and cheese. It covers most of the burners on the stove and is easy to clean. Great to have for catering events and pop ups around the area when we need to make certain dishes in bulk quantities. This water pan works wonder, so far im really liking it, i use this item to make teas and it's easy to carry, not as heavy as i would expect it.
This is a very nice and sturdy Water Pan. Only issue is that I could not get water to boil in it for steaming, but I am only using a residential stove. I will definitely be using it for other items though.
