This Town 244335 rack easily fits inside of your existing SM-30 smokehouse to give you 23" x 20" of flat space that's great for smoking and barbequing meats! The fat and drippings from your meat are converted into smoke, which envelops your products and packs in more flavor. To use, your smokehouse must be equipped with Town 244009 rack guides (sold separately).
