I like this syrup but in my opinion it is strong and sweet. I use very little and usually combine it with another flavor than on it’s own. I will say it does give great powerful flavor for just a small amount used. Their is no after taste and the cinnamon flavor is nice truer flavor not a candy artificial taste. so I decided to get really creative my syrup and I ended up putting it in my custard that I made and I added the brown sugar cinnamon and it just brought out such an amazing texture and taste that I don't think I will be sugaring my custards any other way than with this syrup and I highly recommend it
