There is no substitute for this Almond Roca syrup. i love making Almond Roca Mocha's. When used alone, it has a very mild chocolate flavor, but when paired with chocolate syrup, it makes a very good combination.

This flavor does taste like the candy, but you taste more of the almond with a mild taste of chocolate. I cannot really detect the taste of the buttery toffee candy middle, which was what I was looking for. The almond taste has a slight cherry taste, like almond extract. It tastes good in both protein shakes and coffee when you want an almond flavor added. I tried it this morning in my chocolate protein shake with a little sugar free black cherry and it tasted like german chocolate cake! I would purchase again if I wanted almond flavoring.

This is my favorite of the almond flavorings that Torani offers. I'm not exactly sure what the "roca" refers to, but I think it's delicious in coffee, ice creams, pastries, etc.

Not one of Torani's best. Its flavor doesn't really stand out. It's just sort of mild and unidentifiable. I've used it in my shop for years but with all the other flavors that Torani has released, this one has been retired.

I was excited to try this syrup in a soda but was mildly disappointed. It doesn't really taste like the candy, though I can't imagine torani hitting it on the mark every time. In a soda it makes for a oddly tasting concoction but It's still drinkable. I imagine it would go better in a coffee or a latte.

Good sugar free flavor, not as good as amaretto, but good flavor. Usually mix this one with chocolate flavor, but it's OK on its own too.
