Ideal for warehouses and other areas working with heavy loads, the Tor Rey Pro-Tek 5,000 lb. 5' x 5' platform receiving scale PLP-5/5-2500/5000S is a great addition to warehouses, grocery stores, manufacturing plants, and other businesses that receive heavy loads frequently. Since this scale can weigh 5,000 lb. at a time in increments of 1 lb., you can be sure your large loads are correctly measured. This scale features a low-profile design to sit on the floor of your loading dock, receiving area, or shipping area so that you can easily weigh the contents of pallet jacks and other vehicles with minimal interference. The platform can also be recessed into a small pit for flush-mount applications.
The large 5' x 5' steel deck platform is large enough to handle standard pallets and it is made of durable steel to help protect the interior components of the scale from damage. Additionally, this platform scale features a smooth surface that is not treaded. To keep the deck level and make sure products are weighed correctly, this scale comes with four feet that swivel to accommodate uneven floors.
This scale comes with a digital readout indicator and a heavy-duty cord that is designed to support the roughest handling. For ultimate convenience, this indicator allows you to switch between pounds and kilograms with the push of a button. It also features both tare and zeroing functions, as well as a serial port for easy communication with a PC or printer.
