And thanks to its rechargeable 100-hour battery, you can be sure this unit will stay powered for days at a time, even without a nearby outlet.
Made of stainless steel for easy cleaning and long-lasting durability, this rechargeable portion control scale features a large 9 3/4" x 7 3/4" platform and progressive tare function designed to offset the weight of containers and independently measure ingredient portions as you mix them. You can even use the included foot pedal for a hands-free tare option when working with messy product. The backlit, alphanumeric LCD screen clearly shows the weight of portioned items, even in dark areas. To promote accurate and consistent record keeping, this scale can easily hook up to a PC or printer with its RS-232 data port.
The Tor Rey PPC-10/20 comes with an 83" extendable cable cord that connects to the indicator for effortless remote operation. It is rated as Class III accuracy for commercial weighing.
