I have been using this company’s cold brew filters for nearly two years without any issues. However, after purchasing six new filters recently, I’ve encountered a significant problem. When pouring the cold brew through the filter into another container, the coffee flows normally for about 10 seconds, then the filter becomes completely clogged and stops draining. It seems like the filter may be overly dense or compressed too tightly, or there may be an issue with the material itself. Out of the six new filters, three have already shown the same clogging problem. This is very unusual, as I’ve never experienced anything like this in the past two years of use. I ended up having to re-filter the coffee using a different type of filter. There appears to be a serious quality issue with this product, and I would not recommend purchasing it.
