1/4 cup Toddy® Americana cold brew coffee
1 tbsp. canned pumpkin
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup steamed half and half

Blend cold brew coffee, pumpkin, and vanilla, then warm the mixture using a steam wand, being cautious not to bring it to a boil. Next, stir in honey, pour the blend into a pint glass, sprinkle with cinnamon, add a layer of foam on top, and serve.
